WAIT-TIME POLICY

Airport Pick up: Flights usually don’t arrive on time. Unlike some limousine service provider, we collect flight information during reservation so we can track your flight and help you avoid wait time charges. Grace period provided will be 45 mins from the actual flight land time (as per https://flightaware.com).

Non Airport Pick up: Grace period provided will be 15 mins from the scheduled pick up time.

Note: Your ride will be canceled if we don’t hear from you when 10 minutes have passed after your grace period has ended. You will be charged wait time and other applicable charges for additional wait.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES POLICY

No Fee Cancellation: Any cancellation made less than 48 hours from scheduled pick up time will be incur full cancellation charge. Refunds due to Cancellation are subjected to respective bank fees.

Changes / Amendments: Changes to existing bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, otherwise it will be subjected to availability. In cases where a change request is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time results in us being unable to fulfill the booking, the booking will be treated as cancelled and full cancellation charge will apply.

Electronic Communications: Any form of digital communication constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Limocorp Transport, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Easy Access Limo reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Limocorp Transport in asserting any available defenses

Liability Disclaimer: Limocorp Transport is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on service and will only be responsible for making up for loss time at a mutually agreed date. You will assume full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by you. Alcohol consumption, smoking and drug use in the vehicle are prohibited by law. Limocorp Transport will not be responsible for any articles left in the vehicle.

Changes to Terms: Limocorp Transport reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Limocorp Transport is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Limocorp Transportencourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
